The Ephoca Wall Mounted Heat Strip ERV 220V is ideal for apartments, hotels, senior housing, and retrofit projects where space and service access are limited. The unit mounts flush to the wall, either high or low, offering installation flexibility while saving floorspace. It operates independently from central systems and requires only a vent connection to the outdoors. The integrated ERV continuously introduces fresh air while recovering up to 83 percent of the energy from exhaust, helping maintain humidity balance and reduce heating loads. The 220V electric strip provides backup heat during extreme cold, automatically kicking in when needed for consistent performance.
The cabinet is finished in a clean, paintable surface and comes ready for direct hardwire. It runs quietly, stays out of the way, and delivers advanced functionality in a self-contained format.
