The Ephoca Vertical Stack XL Unit Only is designed to provide heating and cooling in tight spaces without compromising comfort. This unit mounts directly to a corridor wall and can be fully serviced without entering the apartment or room it serves. Its compact 23 by 24 inch footprint makes it easy to fit into tight mechanical zones or hallway alcoves, reducing intrusion into valuable floor space. It is compatible with direct venting or ducted connections depending on layout and supports bathroom exhaust integration on either side of the cabinet.
This base model includes the core heat pump unit without the optional heat strip or ERV installed. That makes it ideal for applications that already meet ventilation codes or do not require supplemental electric heat.
