The compact chassis measures just 23 inches by 24 inches, allowing it to mount flush against a hallway or utility wall. It supports direct venting or ducted exhaust and can be configured with or without the integrated ERV. The unit is designed for easy servicing from outside the living space, eliminating the need to access individual rooms or suites during maintenance.
Its design supports cold climate operation with smart electric reheat integration and strong efficiency ratings in low outdoor temperatures. Acoustical insulation helps maintain quiet performance in shared spaces.
