As of Jan 2022, the new model is T3700 and the pin locations are now different than the original, so the new baseplate will need to be installed so that the wiring and pins match up correctly. It is no longer possible to just pull the front of the thermostat off and replace it while leaving the baseplate wired to the wall. Only compatible with 2-wire remote sensors, NOT the 3-wire RS+5/RS1/RSGND versions.

Q: Is there a manual available online for this specific thermostat? Also, how do you remove the thermostat from the wall?

Q: Does your P374-1700 (now model T3700) for sale for $85.95 come with the new baseplate with the new pin locations? Also does it come with remote sensor? Thank you.

A: Yes, the new T3700 has the updated baseplate with it, so you can just make the connections on the new one and it will work the way your current one does.

A: P374-1700 is now the T3700 model and they are new.

Q: is this thermostat able to lock the key pad?

A: To prevent unauthorized use of the thermostat, the front panel buttons may
be disabled. To disable, or ‘lock’ the keypad, press and hold the MODE button.
While holding the MODE button, press the WARMER and COOLER buttons
together. The lock icon will appear on the display, then release the buttons.
Press all three
buttons in the order
outlined above for
keypad lockout
To unlock the keypad, press and hold the MODE button. While holding the
MODE button, press the WARMER and COOLER buttons together.
The lock icon will disappear from the display, then release the buttons.

Q: I have a model P374-1100 ,which stopped working , I have and old furnace and ac unit, i tried connecting and amazon smart thermostat did not work , furnace and ac go on at the same time. what model totaline would be compatible to the old one i had ?

Q: I have the P374-1700 thermostat. I want as simply and reasonably as possible, to replace it with a smart thermostat, one which has phone app and capacity to adjust cooling/heating temperatures at long distance from my mobile phone. I don't think P374-1700 has C-wire. What do you recommend?
