Q: how long are outlets in the kit ?

A: The sound attenuators in each box are all 3' long.

Q: how long are these ducts? I think I read somewhere they are 36 inches long. Seems like there would be naturally longer runs than this.

A: Yes, they are 36" long. These are the last 3' of every outlet run. For the rest of the length needed, normal supply tube is used instead of sound attenuator tube.

Q: Define high velocity please?. I'd like to condition my 41' sailboat. The marine air systems come with an integral fan.

A: High Velocity AC systems use a central smaller plenum or trunk line and then off of that will branch off 2" and/or 3" supply tubes that run to individual outlets. Similar to the airplane AC systems with all the outlets above the seats that point down. High pressure coming through small 2" and/or 3" outlets.
