Q: Can the fan-only mode on this thermostat be deactivated? I don't want tonbe able to run the fan when the thermostat is not calling for heat/cool

A: yes, it can be put in to that mode. the instructions show how to set the fan so it cycles with the call for cooling or heating.

Q: How many of these do you have in stock?

Q: We have 22 of these units in one of our apartments and need to know if we can program the heat /cool set points to say 72/ 68. Is this possible with the 33CSSN2-FC thermostat??

A: That model isnt a programmable model. Of course the programmable model will do that, but I can think of 2 ways you could maintain a specific cooling temp on the model you have now. You could either set it and then lock the buttons from adjustment since it has a built in keypad lock feature. Or, you can program an unoccupied temperature in to step 14 of the advanced set up and then with a short piece of wire put a jumper between terminals R and CK1. This will force the thermostat in to unoccupied mode and control the temperature to what you set up in the advanced settings.
