Returns & Cancellations Policy

Our Commitment to You

At HVAC Place, we prioritize rapid processing and customer satisfaction. Please double-check your order details before checkout—many orders are processed and shipped within hours.


Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations within 24 hours: You may cancel your order for a full refund if you contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Cancellations after 24 hours (before shipping): If you request a cancellation after 24 hours and before the order has shipped, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
  • Orders that have shipped: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns

  • Wrong item ordered by customer:
    If you ordered the wrong item and wish to return it, returns are accepted at our discretion and will incur a 25% restocking fee.
    • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
    • You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
    • Custom or built-to-order units cannot be returned.
  • Incorrect item shipped by HVAC Place or manufacturer:
    If you received the wrong item due to our error or the manufacturer’s error, contact us within 3 days of receipt.
    • Provide your order number and photos of the item.
    • If verified, we will provide instructions for the return or replacement.
  • Refused shipments:
    If you refuse delivery for any reason other than our error, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom units or products built to order
  • Any item that has been installed or used
  • Items not in original, unopened packaging
  • Returns requested more than 3 days after delivery

  2. We will review your request and provide next steps if eligible.
