So, we were surprised as well to
learn that the sales system would send a confirmation email for that manual
status change. We were just tidying up our system and in the course of doing that, this confusing email went out to 2172 of you. We apologize.
There is no new order and nothing is being shipping to you, nor billed to you. This email was just a glitch in the status and email system and we apologize about that.
